Norges Bank wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for recruitment businesses who will contribute to finding competent candidates for various positions. The procurement is divided into three parts, and two to four parallel framework agreements per LOT.

Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation Requirement: Company registration certificate (Norwegian companies). Foreign companies:
Proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. - Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order (only applies to Norwegian companies) Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than six months at the tender submission deadline.

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery/contract. Documented by the tenderer’ Annual Financial Statement (including notes with reports from the board’s auditor] for the last two years. If the annual accounts for the previous year have not been completed by the tender deadline for this contest, the partial accounts must be attached for the previous year. Credit rating from a certified credit rating supplier (must not be more than two months old).
