Procurement of a system for handling enquiries efficiently
The Norwegian Environment Agency has been experiencing challenges for a while related to how we deal with incoming enquiries from the public. Our strategy states that we must meet users' expectations for simple, efficient, digital services, and further develop user friendly services that simplify and improve contact with us. The current way of working must therefore be improved. After a concept review, we see that there are gains to be had in being more efficient and in our delivery quality by simplifying the system for enquiries for both external users and internal executive officers. We would therefore like to procure a system for handling enquiries more efficiently in the Norwegian Environment Agency.
