List and brief description of conditions:

Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation Requirement: Company registration certificate (Norwegian companies). Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. - Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order (only applies to Norwegian companies) Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than six months at the tender submission deadline.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery/contract. Documented by the tenderer’ Annual Financial Statement (including notes with reports from the board’s auditor] for the last two years. If the annual accounts for the previous year have not been completed by the tender deadline for this contest, the partial accounts must be attached for the previous year. Credit rating from a certified credit rating supplier (must not be more than two months old).

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Tenderers must have carried out comparable deliveries in the last three years. Documented by an overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas in the last three years, with the following information: Name of the customer - Date - Service provided - Scope of the service. -x-x- Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to complete the assignment. Documented by a description and documentation of the entity's competence within the professional/technical area. CVs are not requested here. Description of the technical personnel and technical units that the tenderer can use to carry out the delivery. -x-x- Tenderers must have a well-functioning environmental management system. Documented by a description of the environmental management measures that have been implemented by the entity. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standard, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
