DFØ would like to enter into framework agreements for payment and account holding services with accompanying supplementary contracts with three banks, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.

This notice is for deliveries of payment and account holding services for all government entities.

The contracting authority estimates that the number of transactions during a six year framework agreement period will be approx. 600 million within the government's group account scheme and tax payment scheme. The value of the delivery can be up to approx. NOK 250 million, however this does not include the value connected to foreign currency exchange. The government's volume of foreign currency exchanges in the coming years is uncertain, but we expect that the volume of foreign currency exchanges calculated in NOK will be between NOK 600 billion and NOK 700 billion over a six year framework agreement period.
