Study on Non Performing Loans (NPLs) in the European Union: Impacts on Consumers
This study aims to better understand the recovery process of NPLs both by banks and specialised debt collection firms in the European Union with regard to individuals with non-performing loans, against the background of current EU and national law. The study shall focus on the different impacts (economic, social, reputational) of these processes on consumers/debtors in arrears.
The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor. Three co-ordination meetings with the contracting authority will be held in Brussels.
