AO 10714 — Audit and Consultancy in the Domain of Long-term Digital Preservation
The purpose of this call for tenders is the selection of up to 2 economic operators for the provision of:
— audit and consultancy services regarding policy, procedures and governance in the domain of long-term digital preservation, and
— consultancy services regarding technical aspects of long-term digital preservation.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor’s premises or any other place indicated in the tender, as well as the premises of the contracting authority.
The scope of this call for tenders is the provision of audit and consultancy services regarding long-term digital preservation for EU institutions.
The successful tenderer(s) will provide the archiving teams of the EU institutions or bodies with the following support regarding policies, procedures and governance:
— audit services – by auditing the long-term digital preservation activities in order to ensure the availability, authenticity, integrity and accessibility of archived data over time,
— consultancy – by providing guidance and know-how in the technical aspects of long-term digital preservation.

Any requests for additional information shall exclusively be submitted via eTendering.
The tenders must be submitted exclusively via the electronic submission system (e-Submission) available from the above-mentioned website.
Tenders submitted in any other way (e.g. by e-mail or letter) will be disregarded.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
