The scope of this call for tenders is the provision of audit and consultancy services regarding long-term digital preservation for EU institutions.
The successful tenderer(s) will provide the archiving teams of the EU institutions or bodies with the following support regarding policies, procedures and governance:
— audit services – by auditing the long-term digital preservation activities in order to ensure the availability, authenticity, integrity and accessibility of archived data over time,
— consultancy – by providing guidance and know-how in the technical aspects of long-term digital preservation.
