Předmětem plnění této Veřejné zakázky je kompletní zhotovení díla spočívajícího v rekonstrukci Areálu vozovny Slovany a výstavby s tím související infrastruktury na adrese Slovanská alej 35, Plzeň, nacházející se v katastrálním území Plzeň a katastrálním území Hradiště u Plzně, obci Plzeň, včetně dodávky příslušných technologií, uvedení jednotlivých stavebních celků/objektů do zkušebního provozu, je-li to příslušnými právními předpisy vyžadováno, zajištění udělení kolaudačního souhlasu a poskytnutí dalších plnění, která jsou popsána v návrhu smlouvy o dílo, a rovněž zhotovení dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby. Součástí předmětu plnění je mimo jiné vybudování vlakové cesty a měnírny.
