The contracting entity reserves the right to renew the contract on the same terms, for a period of 1 year and for an amount of EUR 2 190 210,00 (EUR 2 178 210,00 + EUR 12 000,00 security/interference costs), excluding VAT and/or other statutory taxes and levies and security costs due to interference risks.

The contracting authority shall make use of the option by informing the Contractor thereof by means of scanned electronic mail, at least 12 months before the expiry of the originating contract.

The duration of the contract may be extended, at the discretion of the contracting authority, for a maximum additional period of 2 years, for an amount of EUR 4 380 420,00 (EUR 4 356 420,00 + EUR 24 000,00 security costs/interference costs) and only for the period strictly necessary for the completion of the procedure for identifying the new contractor within the meaning of Article 106 (11) of GVD 50/2016.
