III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Tiekėjas, deklaruodamas, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, teikiant pasiūlymą turi pateikti užpildytą EBVPD. EBVPD (5 priedas, pridėtas CVP IS atskiru dokumentu) pildomas jį įkėlus į Europos Komisijos interneto svetainę https://ebvpd.eviesiejipirkimai.lt/espd-web/ ir užpildžius bei atsisiuntus pateikiamas su pasiūlymu. Atskirą EBVPD taip pat pildo kiekvienas tiekėjų grupės (laikinosios tiekėjų grupės) narys, jeigu pasiūlymą teikia tiekėjų grupė (laikinoji tiekėjų grupė), ūkio subjektas (-ai), kurio (-ių) pajėgumais remiasi tiekėjas, subtiekėjas (-ai), kurį (-iuos) pasitelks tiekėjas. Visų pagal pirkimo sąlygų 21–22 punktuose reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Reikalavimai pirkimo sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimui nustatyti sutarties projekte. Pirkėjas, uždelsęs sumokėti sutarties specialiųjų sąlygų 2.9 papunktyje nustatyta tvarka ir terminais, įsipareigoja, tiekėjui pareikalavus, mokėti tiekėjui 0,03 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo neapmokėtos sąskaitos dydžio už kiekvieną uždelstą kalendorinę dieną.
