De Inschrijver moet voldoende verzekerd zijn voor de beroeps- en bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsrisico’s die verband houden met de uitvoering van de Raamovereenkomst. De Inschrijver moet deze verzekering uiterlijk op het moment van gunning van de Raamovereenkomst hebben afgesloten. De verzekering moet dekking bieden van minimaal EUR 300.000 per aanspraak tot ten minste EUR 1.000.000 per verzekeringsjaar. Als de Inschrijver derden inzet bij de uitvoering van de Raamovereenkomst, moet de verzekering ook schade dekken die deze ingeschakelde derde veroorzaakt door handelingen of nalatigheden.

De Gemeente heeft voor wat betreft de technische geschiktheid voor het leveren van gereedschappen de navolgende kerncompetenties vastgesteld:

1. Ervaring met het leveren van een uitgebreid assortiment elektrische en niet-elektrische gereedschappen.

2. Inschrijver heeft eerder succesvol een koppeling van een punch-out catalogus met het bestel- en facturatiesysteem (Oracle EBS of vergelijkbaar) van een Opdrachtgever tot stand gebracht.
