Explanation:

Naročnik je dne 03.05.2021 objavil naročilo z oznako JN002775/2021-B01, a je v postopku javnega naročila prejel le eno ponudbo, ki je presegala naročnikova zagotovljena sredstva.

Podrobna vsebina projekta je razvidna iz Specifikacije naročila (JN002775/2021-B01), ki je sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije v predhodno izvedenem odprtem postopku.

Naročnik bo v sklopu tega javnega naročila k oddaji ponudbe pozval edinega ponudnika iz predhodnega odprtega postopka, ponudnika JV PNG Ljubljana d.o.o. (vodilni partner), GI ZRMK d.o.o. (partner), Geoportal d.o.o. (partner) in BPI d.o.o. (partner). Naročnik Direkcija RS za infrastrukturo oddajo istega javnega naročila nadaljuje po konkurenčnem postopku s pogajanji, na podlagi točke b), prvega odstavka 44. člena ZJN-3.
