Im Baufeld werden wegen den Höhenunterschieden beim Gelände Verbaue zum Abfangen des Erdreichs benötigt. Aufgrund der Absturzgefahr beim Verbau sind nach den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Absturzsicherungen notwendig, die bisher nicht beauftragt worden sind.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Bei den Leistungen handelt es sich um zusätzliche Leistungen, welche nötig sind, um den Verbau an die geltenden Unfallverhütungsvorschriften anzupassen. Eine Vergabe an einen weiteren/anderen AN ist nicht zweckmäßig, da ein unmittelbarer Zusammenhang mit der vom AN-Bau zu erbringenden Leistung besteht. Eine wirtschaftliche Ausführung der o. g. Leistungen kommt demnach nur durch den AN-Bau in Betracht.
