The reason for purchasing is to contribute to strengthening of legislative framework and institutional capacities for fulfilling the requirements of EU membership to support Serbian administration to effectively meet requirements and conditions deriving from the accession negotiations and successfully manage EU integration and pre-accession assistance geared towards EU membership focusing on the field of energy and implementation of the energy acquis.

The following results shall be:

• developed and approved specification of the integrated AERS information system;

• the internal web application of the integrated AERS information system developed, tested, accepted and supported through pilot period;

• the external web application and web services of the integrated AERS information system developed, tested, accepted and supported through pilot period;

• the public applications of the integrated AERS information system developed, tested, accepted and supported through pilot period.
