The volunteers’ guide shall be available at least in EN. As optional services, the contracting authority may request the contractor the translation of the volunteers’ guide in all other EU official languages and Turkish, Macedonian, Icelandic. Therefore the tenderer is requested to quote the price for the translation costs. the This price shall include any other costs for the additional services needed for putting at disposal the translated volunteers’ guides.
