Im Zuge der Sanierung Sammlungsbau wird die gesamte Heizungs- und Kältetechnik erneuert. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über Fernwärme, die Wärmeeinbringung über Heizkörper und Heizdecken. Zudem wird Wärme für Lüftungsanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Kälteerzeugung erfolgt über Kältemaschinen und Grundwassernutzung, die Kälteeinbringung über Umluftkühlgeräte und Kühldecken. Zudem wird Kälte für die Lüftungs-/Klimaanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Arbeiten müssen mit Fremdgewerken koordiniert werden.

Rohrleitung, Stahl bis DN200: ca. 20 000 m

Armaturen bis DN 200: ca. 600 Stk.

Heizkörper: ca. 300 Stk.

Deckensegel Heizung/Kühlung: ca. 100 Stk.

Umluftkühlgeräte: ca. 60 Stk.

Pufferspeicher: ca. 5 Stk.

Pumpen: ca. 90 Stk.

Kältemaschinen: 3 Stk

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Ausführungsplanung für den Bereich Gastronomie wurde erst 2021 abgeschlossen. Die gesamte Gestaltung der Decke entspricht in keinem Bereich mehr dem Stand aus der zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Ausschreibung vorliegenden Planung. Es wird eine geschlossene Heizkühldecke realisiert. Die Gestaltung und abschließende Planung des Gatronomiebereiches konnte erst nach Festlegung des zukünftigen Pächters erfolgen.
