The range of COVID-19 materials and resources may be amended or enlarged during the period covered by the Umbrella Agreement. The developments related to COVID-19 and the subsequent measures (the policy) adopted by the CBR can ensure that COVID-19 materials and resources are prescribed other than in the current situation. This may lead to a change or extension of the range of COVID-19 materials and resources. The modification or extension of lot 1 can only concern the range of face masks. The modification or extension of Lot 2 can only concern the range of tissues, disinfection wipes, hand gel, disinfectant otion, Soft nitrile gloves and antigen self-testing.

If the need arises for the change described above, the CBR requests a tender from the contractor. The Contractor shall draw up a tender taking over the work specified in the invitation to tender. The CBR is not obliged to purchase the desired optional services. If the CBR refrains from doing so for any reason, this will be explained to the contractor.
