Appointment of design team to carry out an initial feasibility study, leading to full design team services for the restoration and transformation of the category a listed custom House in Leith.
You are invited to submit proposals as lead design team consultant, co-ordinating a team of your choice comprising quantity surveyor, structural engineer, building services engineer, fire engineer and principal designer. Either the design team leader or consultant conservation architect must be an accredited conservation architect as advance level.
