Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der Bauausführung kam es zu Störungen im Bauablauf und es entstanden zusätzliche Personalkosten. Infolge von fehlenden Vorleistungen, geänderten und zusätzlichen Leistungen kam es zu Unproduktivitäten bei Projekt- und Bauleitungspersonal sowie zu zusätzlichen Besprechungsterminen.Darüber hinaus war eine erheblich aufwendigere Werk- und Montageplanung notwendig, da die Ausführungsplanung mehrfach überarbeitet wurde.
