Der Nachtrag beinhaltet Mehraufwendungen für den Kabelzug Hauptkabel unter erschwerten Verhältnissen in den Untergeschossen. Die Erschwernisse ergeben sich einmal aus den statischen Randbedingungen (Kabeltrommel konnte nicht ins Gebäude eingebracht werden) und dem erhöhten Fädel-/Verlegeaufwand in denhochinstallierten Bereichen. Die Leistung für den Mehraufwand wurde von 8 - 10 Monteuren gleichzeitig erbracht.Ein Wechsel des AN ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
