a) przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 7 części dalej zwane „Pakietami”, Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na całe pakiety szczegółowo opisane w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ:

Pakiet nr 1 – Rękawice RTG;

Pakiet nr 2 – Rękawice chirurgiczne lateksowe;

Pakiet nr 3 – Rękawice chirurgiczne bezlateksowe;

Pakiet nr 4 – Rękawice chirurgiczne specjalne;
