Transmission of Signals for Audiovisual and IT Purposes between the European Parliament on One Side, and the European Commission, the European Council and Résidence Palace on the Other Side
The Audiovisual Unit of the European Parliament is planning to award a public contract for the transmission of signals for audiovisual and IT purposes between the European Parliament on one side, and the European Commission, the European Council and Résidence Palace on the other side.
The engineering department of the audiovisual unit is responsible for the audiovisual and IT systems and equipment related to all fields of activity under its responsibility on the Brussels and Strasbourg site of the European Parliament.
These fields of activity roughly cover:
• the provision of institutional audiovisual coverage of the European Parliament's activities: Plenary sessions, committee meetings, ...;
• illustrating and broadcasting those activities;
• keeping an audiovisual record of the Institution's activities;
• the provision of technical assistance to audiovisual media covering the European Parliament's activities.

Section IV: Procedure
The opening of the tenders will be organized virtually per videoconference on the e-Submission platform. In answer to their request to participate by e-mail to email@example.com, the operators will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing a Webex link.
Tenderers wishing to attend should confirm by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than three working days before the tender opening date. Please refer to the ‘conditions for submitting a tender’ in the procurement documents.
Section VI: Complementary information
A compulsory visit to the Brussels premises will take place on 1 February 2022 at 14:00 (Brussels local time). In view of the exceptional circumstances because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Parliament may see fit to alter the scheduled dates for the compulsory visits to the premises or make new arrangements, such as a virtual visit by videoconference to the relevant technical installations.
