Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es sind zusätzliche Planungsleistungen für die Verbreiterung der Bestands-EÜ Gerstenbach notwendig, um die geplante Dammverbreiterung auch in diesem Bereich durchführen zu können, dafür sieht der Hauptvertrag keine Leistungen vor. Zur Erfüllung des Bausolls ist diese Leistung notwendig.
