To provide cleaning services to Balshaw's Church of England High School, Leyland Lancashire.
To provide cleaning services to Balshaw's Church of England High School, based in Leyland, Lancashire. The school is a mixed Voluntary Controlled Church of England state secondary school founded in 1782 by Richard Balshaw. The school is located in Leyland, Lancashire with 922, 11–16-year-old, students currently on roll and circa 60 teaching staff and 40 non-teaching staff.
Key objectives in tendering the contract are:
— all cleaning managed by 1 team,
— consistent high standards of cleaning with minimal impact on school operational management,

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Contractor must be established in the field and financially secure with a minimum of 3 years trading history and able to demonstrate suitable expertise in the cleaning sector within the education sector.
A statement of the contractor's turnover and, where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the contract for a maximum of the last 3 years available, depending on the date on which the undertaking was set up or the economic operator started trading, as far as the information on these turnovers is available. Abbreviated audited accounts for previous 3 years trading will be required.
Section IV: Procedure
The advert for this tender process has previously been running under Contract CA5631 — posted 16.1.2019. The SSQ is required to run at the same time so as this was not included with CA5631, this contract has been cancelled and a new one put in its place, so that SSQ can run with the advert and contractors can proceed.
