Explanation:

Dans sa stratégie nationale de vaccination, le Conseil de gouvernement du Luxembourg a retenu d'administrer les vaccins à travers des structures centralisées (Centres de vaccination). L'urgence de la décision d'ouvrir un centre de vaccination dans les locaux de la Luxembourg Air Rescue (LAR) s'explique par le fait que la date de mise sur le marché et surtout de livraison des vaccins est imprévisible et n'est communiquée par les fabricants qu'à très brève échéance.
