Provision of Legionella Control and Management Services
The Legionella Control and Management Services required by the Commissioner at the Premises shall include, but not be limited to:
— Legionella risk assessments,
— written schemes and recommendations,
— record management,
— audit requirements,
— monitoring, inspection and control measures,
— testing and samplings,
— cleaning and disinfection,
— general consultancy.
South Wales Police Premises.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Legionella Control Association (“LCA”) accredited Contractor to carry out fully compliant Legionella Control and Management Services throughout its Premises.
2 annual extensions
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The Contractor shall be:
— a member of the legionella Control Association (LCA) and
— the Contractor shall be a certified member of the SSIP group or equivalent.
