Policy Support for Heating and Cooling Decarbonisation
The subject matter of the contract is to provide scientific (meta-study on relevant research and projects) and technical support (on-line document sharing interface, organization of expert workshops and a stakeholder conference) for a establishing a stakeholder platform and develop a policy roadmap on the decarbonisation of heating and cooling in Europe.
The tasks will be performed on the Contractor's premises. Meetings between the contractor and the Commission will be held on Commission premises in Brussels.
The objectives of the contract is to:
− produce and make available online a meta-study cataloguing relevant research and projects,
− provide a consultation forum on-line and facilitate the publication of documents,
− identify and analyse key issues,
− fill knowledge gaps and discuss heat and cooling decarbonisation pathways,
− organise and facilitate meetings and a conference,
− propose a roadmap for decarbonisation.

Tenderers may attend the meeting but be represented by not more than 1 person. At the end of the opening session, the Chairman of the opening committee will indicate the name of the tenderers and the decision concerning the admissibility of each offer received. The prices mentioned in the bids will not be communicated.
