III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

The economic operator is also obliged to submit a copy of a valid license for performing energy trade or electricity supply activity issued by the Regulatory Commission for Energy of the Republic of North Macedonia, as proof of fulfillment of the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law, which are refer to the subject of the contract.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

- to possess an EIC code issued by AD MEPSO – Skopje as a provider of energy activity transmission of electricity;

- to be registered as a participant in the electricity market in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules;

- to have signed an agreement on balance responsibility in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

- Copy of EIC code issued by AD MEPSO – Skopje as a provider of energy activity transmission of electricity;

- Certificate of registration for a participant in the electricity market in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules;

- A copy of the balance responsibility agreement in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules.
