The current boiler system connected to the 'Fuel Cell' facilities and assembly room in Building 310 dates from 1992. This system has reached the end of its service life; it is old and parts are no longer available. Moreover, energy efficiency falls way behind current energy requirements. For these reasons, the current boiler system must be replaced and a new one supplied and installed. The room needs to be prepared (dismantling the current system), and the new system connected to the underlying infrastructure.
