The Supply, Installation and Maintenance of CHP and CCHP Units
Scottish Water Horizons (SWH) requires a supplier or group of suppliers that have the in-house capability to design, supply, install and commission CHP (Combined Heat and Power) and CCHP (combined cooling, heat and power) units at sites throughout Scotland.
SWH is seeking to utilise both non-renewable fossil based fuel as well as renewable fuel sources. It is intended to use the CHP/CCHP system as a primary source of power, heat and potentially cooling. Power may be used on site to offset site load and/or exported directly to the National Grid. Heat produced may be used as process heat, site domestic heating or exported to District heating networks.
In addition to providing commercial competitiveness, SWH is looking for suppliers to provide a full turnkey solution.
