II.1.4)Short description:

The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear, gloves, protective gloves, and shoes for employees in the engineering sector. The engineering sector is, in this context, defined as employees in the technical departments in the municipality such as Molde urban operations, water and sewage, properties management, sports and recreation, cleaning, traffic wardens, etc. (the list is not exhaustive).

The largest users of the contract will be Molde vann og avløp KF, Molde eiendom KF, and municipal engineering in Aukra and Rauma municipality. In addition the contract covers the fire collaboration Nordmøre og Romsdal brann og redning IKS (NORBR).

The contract can also be used by units within health, for example employees in the home care service and employees in shared housing. This will primarily concern outer clothing such as fleece jackets and shell jackets.
