The contracting authority (Statens vegvesen Utbygging sørøst) [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Development South East] requests tenders for the delivery of well drilling/hammer hole, water loss measurements and drilling hole logging. The areas that are subject to examination are located in Bærum municipality between Blommenholm and Gyssestad.
The service shall be provided after an agreement has been signed. The service must be provided by 31.12.2022

The contracting authority has the option of deploying up to 8 more wells.
Prior to the publication of this invitation to tender, a draft of the tender documentation was sent for consultation to 9 tenderers. Following the consultation round, submitted comments were assessed, and final tender documentation was prepared.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
The tenderer must confirm his fulfilment of this requirement when submitting the tender.
The tenderer must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority:
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have the financial basis necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.
The contracting authority will assess the Annual Financial Statement as it is entered in Experian
If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from the tenderer.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
