Co processing GFT 2019
The purpose of the contract is the design and construction of a GFT composting plant containing compost and biogas produced from cogeneration into heat that is recovered and electricity consumed locally or injected into the electricity grid. Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
In the course of 1 of the last 3 financial years, the tenderer must have a turnover of EUR 20 000 000 in the activities directly linked to the work described in these specifications. He must enclose with his bid a statement of turnover during the last three financial years.
Tenderers who have not submitted the approved annual accounts for the past 3 financial years to the National Bank of Belgium shall be obliged to attach them to their tenders. This obligation also applies to the annual accounts which were recently approved and which were not yet deposited at the National Bank of Belgium, because the legal deadline for the deposit of the annual accounts has not yet expired. The tenderer must provide at least 3 references on the last 3 years of work as the main contractor for the construction of a waste treatment plant with at least 1 reference of a composting plant with a pre-digestion.
Tenderers shall attach to their tenders a list of the main operations carried out over the past 3 years, indicating the amount, the date and the public or private bodies for which they were intended. Contracts shall be attested by certificates issued by the competent authority or countersigned by the competent authority or, in the case of contracts for a private buyer, by certificates issued by the purchaser or, failing that, simply by declaration by the contractor.
Third criterion relating to the technical capacity of the tenderer.
Tenderers must have the technical equipment needed to perform the contract properly.
