— Innendämmung Wandflächen der Außenwand mit Mineralschaum-Platten ca. 1 000 m2,

— Freistehende Vorsatzschalen, Einbaubereich 2, Höhe bis 8 m, raumseitig an den gedämmten Außenwänden angeordnet, in Teilbereichen an Innenwänden, mit Gliederung durch Fensteröffnungen, mit hohem Installationsanteil und gelochten Teilbereichen, ca. 3 600 m2,

— Fenster- bzw. Türöffnungen in den Vorsatzschalen, mit Leibungsbekleidungen in unterschiedlichen Größen, an Fenstern mit integrierten Schächten für bauseitigen Blendschutz ca. 150 St.,

— Nischen für Feuerlöschkästen mit rahmenloser individuell gefertigter Revisionstüren ca. 30 St.

Schließung F90 Wand, Beräumung, Entfernung Bauschutt, Neumontage Führungsschienen, Ergänzung Wärmedämmung

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Bestandsfensterbänke mussten im 3. OG durch TAP wegen fehlender Entscheidung weggeräumt werden, damit Arbeiten ausgeführt werden konnten. Aufgrund von einer Abbruchmaßnahme entstand eine Öffnung zwischen der Baustelle und dem Museum in EG WT. Diese Öffnungen musste mit einer F90 Wand geschlossen werden. Der Bauschutt im 3. OG musste durch TAP weggeräumt werden. Die Beräumung war wegen des defekten BA3 nicht möglich. Wegen eines neuen Plans mussten die Führungsschienen der Fenster im 3. OG ST geändert werden. Da der entsprechende Bereich bereits teilweise erstellt war musste die Beplankung und die Demontage der Führungsschienen noch mal ausführen. Da die Öffnungen im Bodenbereich nicht rechtzeitig im 3. OG WT & ST geschlossen wurden, musste die Wärmedämmung nachträglich durch TAP ergänzt werden.
