UC south shall be done on a regular basis as maintenance at installations and buildings are UC South needs for framework agreements with craftsmen in different disciplines. The tasks are diverse but mainly includes operational and maintenance tasks.

The invitation to tender relates to servicing of UC South building stock in Esbjerg, Aabenraa, Haderslev and Kolding. For details on UC syds addresses is made to the Annex 2.

UC South have decided to divide in the invitation to tender in the following 4 geographical areas:

— Aabenraa

— Haderslev

— Kolding.

Within each of the geographical areas, UC South, to conclude framework agreements for operating and bygningsvedligehold within 6 disciplines.
