Tradesmen’s services for more limited EU University College of South (UC South).

UC South select on the basis of objective and reasonable basis 5 applicants per lot, which are invited to tender, subject to receipt of 5 compliant applications.

Law on the Appeals Board for call for tenders (Act no. 492 of 12.5.2010 as amended by Act No 1556 of 21.12.2010, Act No. 618 of 14.6.2011, Act No. 1231 of 18.12.2012, Act No. 511 of 27.5.2013), as amended in accordance with Law No 1564 of 15.12.2015 (Vergabegesetz) provides the time limits allowed for by the contracting entity for EU tender, refer to:
