Description of options:
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to renew the contract under the same conditions, for a period of 1 year and for an amount of EUR 2190210,00 (EUR 2178210,00 + EUR 12000,00 security costs/interference costs), without VAT and/or other statutory taxes and duties and security costs due to risks of interference.
The contracting authority shall make use of this possibility by notifying the contractor by means of certified electronic mail, at least 12 months before the expiry of the initial contract.
The duration of the contract may be extended for a further maximum of 2 years at the discretion of the contracting authority, for an amount of EUR 4380420,00 (EUR 4356420,00 + EUR 24000,00 security costs/interference costs) and only for the period strictly necessary to complete the procedure for identifying the new contractor within the meaning of Article 106(11) of GAD 50/2016.
