International Invitation for Tender
The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Bandra, India (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has applied for a loan from the European investment bank — EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) — Towards the cost of the Pune metro rail project. This International invitation for tenders relates to the contract for:
UGC-02: Design and construction of underground stations at Budhwar Peth, Mandai and Swargate and associated tunnels on the North-South Corridor of Pune metro rail project.
This contract is expected to be implemented from September 2018 to March 2022.
The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are the lowest evaluated tenderer. The borrower will award the Contract to the tenderer, who meet eligibility and qualification criteria in accordance with the tender documents, and who’s evaluated price is determined to be the lowest.
All firms are invited to participate in the tender.

A complete set of Tender documents may be purchased on the submission of an application to the above address, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1 00 000 RS/ — to as per the procedure on E-tender portal of Maha-Metro.
A Bid security of 56 250 000 RS fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Tender documents must accompany all tenders.
All tenders must be delivered in closed envelopes not later than 16:00 Hrs. on 19.7.2018 at the E-Tender portal of Maha-Metro- https://mahametrorail.etenders.in Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
