The tender return date has been extended to 19.6.2019 at 17:00 on a point of clarification from various contractors through PCS.

Existing submitted tenders may be reviewed and resubmitted by tenderers as required. This is on a basis tenderers will be asked to price in full for the specialist consultancy fields as listed below:

QS/Building Surveyors

The engagement will be accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS Scotland Standard Form of Consultants Appointment

Architects/Principal Designers

The appointment will be in accordance with the Scottish Conditions of Appointment of an Architect SCA/2014 (April 2015 revision), as published by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland

Structural Engineers

The engagement will be accordance with ACE Agreement 1: Design 2009 Edition (Scotland) and ACE Agreement 9 for Structural Engineering Design Services as described in G2 and G3 of ACE Schedule of Services 2009.
