Study on the scale and impact of industrial espionage and theft of trade secrets through cyber.
The purpose of this study is to collect and analyse data to be able to report on the estimated volume and impact of the cyber theft of trade secrets and whether this issue is considered as a real problem by relevant stakeholders so that appropriate policy responses may be considered such as for awareness raising actions on the threat and best practices in dealing with it, or the creation of a more systematic collection of data based on volunteer reporting using trusted channels where anonymity is ensured.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the Commission's premises.

An authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids. Companies wishing to attend are requested to notify their intention by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. This notification must be signed by an authorised officer of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening of the bids.
