Provision of HLA Typing Kits
Clinical Evaluation of Goods — It is of paramount importance to maintain continuity of results for our patients and there must be compliance with international and national guidelines. The Authority reserves the right, not to award the contract to the Most Economically Advantageous tender, if the Authority are unable to maintain continuity of results and / or there is lack of compliance with international and national guidelines.
The Authority requires the supply of HLA Typing Kits. For reference, the product code, used currently, is given below and the requirement is for a clinically equivalent product:
— HLA-ABCDRDQDP+ 384 Typing Kit
Framework Agreement for 2 years with the option to extend by 2 further 1 year periods. Renewal will be carried out between 2 and 4 years time.

Tenderer may be required to provide a guarantee from its ultimate holding company and collateral warranties to funders and other participants, and will be required to provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance for at least 5 000 000 GBP for each and every claim.

(This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) — You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box 3) Responding to the tender — Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) — You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification — Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT — There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). The Trust will incorporate a standstill period at the point the decision regarding the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period shall be in accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Part 3 of the Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period set out in Part 3. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow the parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
