Tender for the Purchase of a Building Energy Management System
Purchase of a building energy management system.
The existing BEMS is a Trend 963 BEMS (963) and currently controls the internal comfort of 88 properties, by managing the energy consumption and maintenance of their heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations.
The upgrade of the BEMS shall consist of replacing the 963 with a suitable BEMS and the migration of all existing properties to the new system. The replacement BEMS and it’s installation shall fully comply with the requirements of the IT division (Appendix F). All installation work to carried out by a contractor approved by trend control systems.
Design team to liaise very closely with H&S contracts team for BEMS to ensure that all aspects are fully considered and incorporated in design/contract as appropriate.
