The Council reopens the framework on an annual basis for lots 2-6, providers should ensure they read ITT for full details. This is an update to the 2020 reopening.
The pseudo-framework currently reopens on an annual basis. The authority will need to delay the 2020 reopening until June 2021.
Notification of further delay to reopening of the framework in 2020. The Covid pandemic has been an unforeseen urgency which has impacted on providers, particularly in this front line area. An initial delay to September 2020 was undertaken to allow the market and the authority to undertake a fair and open process. Circumstances, particularly the continued inability of the market to respond to a tender process, mean a further delay until June 2021 is now being notified.
