To provide further information regarding this opportunity and to seek assistance from the supply market to inform the composition of the Track Works framework, a supplier event has been scheduled for 23.4.2018 in London (location to be confirmed).
The tender period including pre-qualification is expected to be from May 2018 — December 2018. Failure to respond to this expression of interest will not disqualify suppliers from any future tender. Any information shared from suppliers at this event will not form part of the tender evaluation. Expressions of interest in this notice will not be a guarantee of being included in the tender list — this will form a separate exercise in compliance with the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.
Should you be interested in attending the supplier event please express your interest by emailing the abovementioned contact point by no later than 9.4.2018. All presentation material from the event will be made available on BravoNR following the event.
2 500 000 000 GBP is an estimated combined value of the 3 Lots for the first 5 years of the contract (Control Period 6) including both renewal works and enhancements schemes. While Network Rail retains understanding of the renewals portfolio, due to the way enhancements schemes are funded, the value of enhancements may fluctuate. Therefore the total value of the contracts over 10 years is subject to change and is likely to be within the range of 3 000 000 000 GBP-5 000 000 000 GBP.
