Sąlygų sąrašas ir trumpas aprašymas: tiekėjas (taip pat visi tiekėjų grupės nariai, jei pasiūlymą pateikia tiekėjų grupė) ir ūkio subjektai, kurių pajėgumais remiasi tiekėjas) turi atitikti reikalavimus dėl tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimo. Tiekėjas pasiūlyme turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD). Visų pagal EBVPD reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją.

1) už faktiškai ir kokybiškai atliktus vystymo darbus, pateiktas prekes bei tinkamai suteiktas paslaugas sumokama per 30 (trisdešimt) kalendorinių dienų nuo atliktų darbų, patiektų prekių ir (arba) suteiktų paslaugų priėmimo–perdavimo akto pasirašymo bei PVM sąskaitos faktūros ar kito tipo priklausančio išrašyti ir pirkėjui pateikti dokumento, atitinkančio PVM sąskaitos faktūros turinį ir tikslą (toliau – sąskaita) gavimo dienos;
2) sutartyje numatyta detali atsiskaitymo su tiekėju tvarka.

1) tiekėjas ne vėliau kaip per 10 (dešimt) kalendorinių dienų nuo sutarties pasirašymo dienos turi pateikti pirkėjui sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą, galiojantį ne trumpiau negu galioja ši sutartis ir atitinkantį sutarties BD 16 skyriaus reikalavimus. Garanto suma:
1.1) 30 proc. nuo sutarties kainos EUR be PVM iki galutinio sistemos priėmimo–perdavimo akto pasirašymo dienos;
1.2) 5 proc. nuo sutarties kainos EUR be PVM po galutinio sistemos priėmimo–perdavimo akto pasirašymo dienos.
