Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply and Distribution of Materials

The Authority seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply and Distribution of Materials for use by its Members and other Contracting Bodies within the North East of England, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.

PROSPER is acting as a Central Purchasing Body in relation to this Procurement. The DPS will be available for use by the Authority, its Members and other Contracting Bodies within the North East of England, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire, including but not limited to Registered Social Landlords
