Warehouse Framework — new build, extension and refurbishment

Peel Ports Investments Limited (PPIL) is tendering the opportunity to be awarded a place on a long term framework for the supply of new build warehouses, and the extension or refurbishment of existing warehouses. Awards under the framework will come in the form of a number of projects during the framework period, of varying values, capacities, uses and anticipated lifecycles.
Frameworks may be awarded to multiple tenderers within each lot.

Peel Ports Investments Limited will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the framework is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a maximum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the framework is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 nº 274) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) within 30 days of knowledge and constructive knowledge of breach.
