III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: for this contract, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to have an annual turnover of at least 100 000 EUR during the past 3 financial years, as well as sufficient financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the contract duration, which shall be assessed on the basis of the following:
— copy of balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the past 3 financial years, together with a copy of any reports from the board of directors and external auditors, if available, relating to those financial years. If, for a valid reason substantiated by supporting documents, the candidate is unable to provide them, he must enclose a solemn declaration stating the annual profits after tax for the past 3 financial years.

— at least 3 years' experience of services similar to those required in the contract in question.
