III.1)Conditions for participation

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Las empresas licitadoras, en cumplimiento del art. 75 TRLCSP, deberán acreditar su solvencia económica y financiera por el volumen anual de negocios del licitador o candidato, que referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los 3 últimos concluidos deberá ser como mínimo:

LOTE I. 66 115 EUR.

LOTE II. 12 396 EUR.

LOTE III. 4 132 EUR.

LOTE IV. 6 611 EUR.

El volumen anual de negocios del licitador o candidato se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho Registro, y, en caso contrario, por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Las empresas licitadoras, en cumplimiento del art. 77 TRLCSP, deberán acreditar su solvencia técnica o profesional por el siguiente medio:

Relación de los principales suministros efectuados durante los últimos 5 años que sean de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, atendiendo a tal efecto a los 2 primeros dígitos de los respectivos códigos CPV, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o cuando el destinatario sea un comprador privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario.

La solvencia se entenderá acreditada por aquellos licitadores cuyo volumen de facturación sea igual o superior a las siguientes cantidades:

LOTE I. 46 280,50 EUR.

LOTE II. 8 677,20 EUR.

LOTE III. 2 892,40 EUR.

LOTE IV. 4 627,70 EUR.
