CE-71-17 Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services - Framework Agreement
It is the intention of the council’s professional design services department to set up a multi supplier framework agreement with up to 4 successful service providers who can provide quantity surveying services on a variety of capital programme construction works projects.
There is an optional for the contract to be extended for a further 2 years (+ 1)(+ 1).

It is a requirement of this framework that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded framework, indicated below:
— Does the supplier need to be enrolled in a professional or trade registers? What relevant documents would be required from the supplier to support this?
— Does this supplier require any professional certificates or qualifications to carry out the requirements? What relevant documents would be required to support this?
— Tenderers must be registered with relevant regulatory and professional organisations or schemes: RICS, (or equivalent).
Bidders must be able to provide quantity surveying consultancy services in accordance with the RIBA plan of work 2013 design stages 0-7.
