II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Peterborough City Council (PCC) invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations who can demonstrate knowledge and skills in the design, supply (hire) and installation of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) double mobile classroom, including enabling and post-removal works at Heltwate School, Heltwate, Bretton, Peterborough. The modular building is required to provide: teaching spaces for special needs pupils with a minimum of 1 (one) staff member and 1 teaching assistant, specialised toilet accommodation for the pupils and staff, calm room off each classroom and sufficient storage space for a minimum rental period of 2 years plus a potential further 12 months. The enabling works is expected to start 27.9.2019 to 26.10.2021 with the option to extend until 26.10.2022.
