The European Medicines Agency is intending to conclude a service contract with a single supplier to provider travel and hotel services.

In addition, the contractor will be required to negotiate preferential rates for hotels and to provide, support and maintain a web-based online booking tool, enabling EMA travellers to request hotel and travel directly from the Travel Agent.
